RivcoPro System and on a daily basis I review the tax and coding before I approve for the next step. When
the supervisor is absent I help the employees with processing payments in PeopleSoft or C-IV system to
help keep things moving forward.

I was responsible and oversaw all administrative and financial requirements for the corporation. I
supervised all office staff and I was responsible for all day-to-day management within the office, including
accounts receivable and accounts payable process payments. I processed a 3-way purchase orders for
construction materials and for office administrative supplies. I managed financial operations planned, and
supervised the financial department and interfaces with tribal clients, government agencies, and
contractors. I organized and managed monetary functions including financial reporting, budgeting,
contracts, purchasing, payroll processing, and all project-specific financial requirements.
I maintained accurate financial records and prepares clear and accurate reports for informational,
auditing, and operational use. I maintained all accounting ledgers. I participated in the development of
Public Law 93-638 contracts. I also coordinated with the Bureau of Indian Affairs Probate Hearings and
assisted with the scheduling of hearings. I advised the Board of Directors with regards to finance,
management, staffing and other issues and procedures. I managed training and travel arrangements
requests for all staff and member tribal governments. I had worked with internal and external auditors
during reviews and audits to ensure full compliance with all qualified requests. I reviewed revenue and
expense account analysis and bank reconciliation and oversaw fixed asset management. I have assisted
with RTA’s Attorney creating a declaration for a Construction project case. I gathered all the information
to help support the case as well as having it organized according to the event of time. I had to do research
on land right of ways, environmental encroachment permits, and check to see if any land was in probate
before any construction had proceeded.

I initially worked in the Tribal Operations Department for the Agency. I am familiar with enrollment and
probate requirements. I was also responsible for managing all payments for all the departments in the
Bureau of Indian Affairs. Southern California Agency, I processed all requisitions for all orders of supplies.
I managed the files for the Purchase Orders and for the Blanket Purchase Orders. I also keep track on the
funding for each Purchase Order and Blanket Purchase Order, if with exceed more than obligated, then I
have to obligate more funding to the accounting lines. I have a complete understanding of the rules and
regulations of the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Southern California Agency.
1997 – 2001 Roads Construction Program Assistant – Bureau of Indian Affairs,
I met with road construction engineers, contractors, tribal, local, state, and federal officials to assist with
every aspect of road construction project. The work entailed right of ways, environmental, preplanning
and road construction projects. During the absence of supervisor, I was responsible for initiating actions
on urgent correspondence, reports, phone calls and provide technical assistance in programming
functions, administrative functions and financial matters. I assist in the research of land ownership
preparation of road construction projects with participating tribes, Area Office, Agencies, and other offices
of county, state and federal governments. I conducted field inspections and investigations and reviewed
construction blue prints and specifications for each new construction project for completeness. I have
provided the direction of the supervisor, with completeness of correspondence in reply to requests for
information regarding work progress and funding on all projects funded under FHWA. I can assist and
being responsible for establishing, maintaining, and the upkeep of construction project files for each
project by gathering important documents. I have experience and knowledge with land descriptions,
interpretations of maps and aerial photographs.
