Overall: Tanya seemed fairly nervous. I don't believe that she went into the depth of experience that
is actually representative of what she possesses. She worked in a similar capacity for 17
years with the Reservation Transportation Authority. Tanya is currently located in San
Bernardino and would opt to commute instead of relocating. While I wasn't able to discern
her exact experience, she came alive when she spoke about being responsible for audits,
grants, and other funding. I recommend moving Tanya forward in the process.
