** Manufacturer of Aerospace Fasteners. $36M annual sales.
Responsible for the Cost Accounting function for 2 manufacturing facilities.
Support Engineering staff with material creation. Review BOMs and routings to ensure materials are
properly created and their costs are accurate.
Assist sales personnel with products costing when developing quotes for our customers.
Assist the Controller with month end close
Review and prepare monthly P&L variance analysis and supplementary schedules as required by
management.
Provide accounting support to all departments when requested (ad hoc reports, JDE research,
interpretation of system reports).
Oversee daily cycle inventory counts and reconciliation.
Managed the fixed asset software, Sage. Reconciled Sage to the general ledger.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and calculation of our activity rates.

Prepared month-end financial statements, supplementary schedules along with written analysis to our
Corporate Office.
Prepared annual budget and present to the Board of Directors.
Oversee and manage the accounting department.
Assisted in the implementation of JDE Oracle.
Liaison between JDE users and IT staff in troubleshooting system difficulties.

Responsible for the accounting success for 2 manufacturing facilities with combined annual revenue of

Provide guidance and instruction to plant personnel on company policies, procedures and SAP.

Provide additional financial analysis and P&L interpretation for two division managers and senior
