                      Responsible for the Cost Accounting function for 2 manufacturing facilities.
                      Support Engineering staff with material creation. Review BOMs and routings to ensure materials are
                       properly created and their costs are accurate.
                      Assist sales personnel with products costing when developing quotes for our customers.
                      Assist the Controller with month end close
                      Review and prepare monthly P&L variance analysis and supplementary schedules as required by
                       management.
                      Provide accounting support to all departments when requested (ad hoc reports, JDE research,
                       interpretation of system reports).
                      Oversee daily cycle inventory counts and reconciliation.
                      Managed the fixed asset software, Sage. Reconciled Sage to the general ledger.
                      Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and calculation of our activity rates.

                      Oversee and manage the accounting department.
                      Assisted in the implementation of JDE Oracle.
                      Liaison between JDE users and IT staff in troubleshooting system difficulties.

                      Responsible for the accounting success for 2 manufacturing facilities with combined annual revenue of
                       $200M.
                      Provide guidance and instruction to plant personnel on company policies, procedures and SAP.
                      Review and critique monthly P&L analysis and supplementary schedules prepared by Plant
                       Controllers.
                      Provide additional financial analysis and P&L interpretation for two division managers and senior
                       management.
