RFL: Jeff left his most recent position with the City of East Peoria in 2018 due to a change in the
composition of the government body. He is now actively looking for new positions.

With the City of East Peoria, Jeff had 9 direct reports and a total city staff of 200 reporting to him. He was the
highest staff employee on payroll and reported directly to the Board and Mayor. Jeff has not managed an
agency of the same size as San Diego, but he has been quite senior in the hierarchy in a couple of roles. He
has also overseen water and wastewater and public works as a piece of his responsibility. I feel that Jeff is
an interesting candidate and well versed in public politics.
