               Responsibilities: Currently Interim/Acting Director of Public Works. Oversight of multiple utilities and
               bureaus with 210 full-time employees. Oversight includes water utility, sewer utility, stormwater, streets,
               traffic, solid waste & recycling, facilities, and parks. Previously was Deputy Director of the Department
               of Public Works for the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Previously held position of Capital
               Improvement Program Manager and Engineering Manager. General responsibilities include: Manager of
               municipal construction (streets and sidewalks, water, sewer, stormwater, traffic, parks and pools,
               facilities). Oversight and permitting of all PUC-regulated utilities within the municipal ROW. Duties
               include all responsibilities associated with the development, design, permitting, and management of all
               Capital Projects in the City of Lancaster, and the City’s large scale Grant and misc. Capital Programs.
               Management of approximately 4-10 Capital Projects simultaneously, in varying phases of design and
               construction depending on year. Management of grants from the Federal, State, and County Government
               levels. Responsibilities include working directly with, or overseeing: public, engineers, architects,
               consultants, contractors, utility companies, media and communications contacts, nonprofits, and other
               government agencies and authorities from Federal, State, and County levels. Supervisory and
               Management responsibilities over bargaining and non-bargaining employees. Progressively responsible
               DPW management experience over the past 11+ years. Successfully applied for and was awarded, then
               managed, many grants for DPW before a Grants Administrator position was created.

               Benchmark Construction Co, Inc. (03/2006 to 09/2007)
               Title: Project Manager
               Responsibilities: Project Manager for a General Contractor of Construction. Daily responsibilities
               included project cost management, manpower, scheduling, billing, subcontractor management and
               coordination, leading meetings, coordination with design professionals and owners’ representatives,
               project-related organizational skills, managing workforces, and general construction knowledge and
               management.

               Southern Insulation, Inc. Hyattsville, MD (05/2005 to 03/2006)
               Title: Project Manager, Estimating Coordinator /Manager
               Responsibilities: Project Manager and Estimating Coordinator for the company’s 4 divisions (Hazardous
               Abatement, Demolition, Fireproofing, and Insulation), overseeing projects, supervising union crews, and
               managing various aspects of construction and renovation projects. Many projects were Federal
               Government Projects in Washington, DC and were Architect of the Capitol projects with security
               clearance requirements from the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security.
               Supervised, estimated, and coordinated divisions in addition to project management responsibilities.
