RFL: Currently applying for the Director of Public Works position with where he works now, the City of
Lancaster. K&A reached out to him, and while he is not actively looking, he says he is actively "listening".

Matt is currently supervising the Public Works Bureau with the City of Lancaster with 210 employees and 10
direct reports. He is responsible for various divisions including recycling, fleet services, public parks, police
stations, fire, water, and wastewater. He supervised the replacement of two treatment plants in his time with
Lancaster. Overall, operates at a senior level, although has only been Acting Director since 2018. He had a
dry, calm demeanor.
