WATER UTILITIES EXPERIENCE
• Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, Pennsylvania – The second largest Municipal Utility in the State.
Deputy Director Water Production (10/2016 to Present) Directing the Operations and Maintenance of two (2)
Conventional and Membrane Filtration Plants, several Pumping Station and Water Storage Tanks and Reservoirs.
Working collaboratively across the Organization, especially in the areas of Water Quality and CIP planning.
• City of Anderson, Indiana - Anderson is the county seat of Madison County, Indiana and the principal city of the
Anderson, Indiana Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Director, Water Department (10/14 to 9/15) Overseeing Water Sources, Treatment and Distribution for domestic
home uses, industrial service and fire protection by continuously operating and maintaining a tremendous amount of
infrastructure along with a large Capital Improvement Plan for Re-Development and Infrastructure Renewal.
Accomplishments:
Successfully navigated through the process of increasing Water Rates by 47% in one year working with the
community, Media, Board, City Council and State PUC (Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission/IURC)
