City of West Palm Beach, FL – Director of Public Utilities (2008) - Leading the City's effort in restoring public
confidence after a boil water order due to a contamination incident, which resulted in negotiating n EPA consent
decree. This effort included working with the various stakeholders to outline a comprehensive strategic plan,
formulate a short and long term CIP, conduct an outside third-party audit and perform a cost of service study leading
to adopting a sustainable financial plan.

* The above assignment were interim in nature and/or concluded after a re-organization plan was established
