          Overall: RFL: Yasser left his position with Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority recently because his wife received a job offer in
                 California, so they decided to move. "I have a technical background and the management experience plus active with the
                 EPA and AWWA, was the VP traveling the country to promote our interests, that  s how I came across the City of San
                 Diego."
                 With Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, Yasser was the Deputy Director of Water Production, where he supervised a
                 department of 250 employees. He described a working knowledge of navigating large city bureaucracy and was poised
                 and easy to follow in his communication. He has worked in the Water industry for over 25 years, originally starting as an
                 engineer, and for the past five years has been at an executive level. Yasser has not been as high in the hierarchy as the
                 PUD, but has worked within large city governments for a long time. His ability to make this transition would need to be
                 evaluated further.
