               Oversee and monitor the department's budget of $10M and professional services contracts such as water O &M, trash,
               industrial waste, street sweeping, traffic signals, engineering, and transit.
               Negotiate franchise agreements related to trash, pipelines, bus shelters.
               Implement phone system upgrade  for transit dispatch  services from analog to digital, message  system,  & queue
               system.
               Implement budget allocation form to better track capital project transfers.
               Organize special events such as toilet giveaways, equipment shows, National Public Works Week events.
