       Oversee Development of Phase 1 Ford Park Regional Infiltration Project - $10M
       Bicycle Casino Hotel Expansion - $35M
       Ford Park Artificial Turf Soccer Field - $800,000 (funded by Bicycle Casino, LA County, Athens Disposal)
       Phase 1 City's 1st Indoor Lighting Upgrade for all facilities $300,000
       Phase 2 Energy Upgrade (Replacement for HVAC & Building Control Systems) - $2.2M
       Citywide Roof Replacement Project - $1.5M
       City's 1st Futsal Soccer Arena-$100,000
       Accomplishments:
       Secured design grant funding for $3.5M water reservoir & pump station
       Secured funding agreement for I-710 Freeway Corridor Project Traffic Study
       Secured 10 years' worth of reimbursements owed to city from LA County Parks Maintenance Service Account ($271,000).
       Secured $1.6M in I-710 TAC Early Action Measure R Funding
       Secured $3.2M in LA Metro Call for Projects, first MTA award in over 12 years.
       Implemented new transit fees for 1st time in history of city
       Implemented news rack ordinance for 1st time in history of city
       Conducted playground safety inspection at all parks in 15 years & developed CIP
       Bell Gardens becomes first CA Friendly City in region-Central Basin Water District designation.
       Secured $1M for I-710 Early Action funding for Eastern/Florence Intersection Improvements
       Currently revamping transit services to save city $200,000 annually
       Currently securing funding through MTA for ECO-Rapid Transit Study (formerly Orange Line Development Authority)
       Management & Supervisory Responsibility
       Oversee PW Dept of 42 FTE while managing front line supervisors in absence of PW Manager since 2012
       Manage Dept.operating budget of $13M and $10M CIP budget
       Budgeting & Financial Management
       Develop City's 1st Citywide 5-YR CIP $23M
       Conducted city's trash audit in 15 years resulting in $20K annual savings
       Manage a Wide Variety of Complex Projects
       Oversee MS4/NPDES compliance for the city (WMP/CIMP, Green Streets Policy & LID)
       Lead Complex Contract Negotiations
       Renewed waste franchise contract to save city over $1M
       Negotiate new O/M Contract for City's Water Well saving $300k annually
       Training & Development
       Incentivized employees for various certifications i.e. Class B, PAPAS.
       Civic Engagement
       Conducted community meetings on I-710 Corridor Project
       Staff City's Traffic & Safety Commission
