Actions Tab

Use the Actions tab to assign functions to the controls in the configuration.

The Actions tab contains three sections:
l Devices: Displays a list of interfaces in the configuration that can be assigned an action.
Select an interface to view the Device Layout and Action Settings section for the
interface.
l Device Layout: Displays the items for the selected interface that can be assigned an
action. For a keypad, the device is displayed along with all of the buttons.

l Action Settings: Displays the actions that can be assigned to the selected item. Use the
Action Settings section to assign actions to the selected item.

Status indicators display the progress for interfaces in the Devices section and items in the
Device Layout section.

l : No actions are assigned to the interface or item.
: Actions are assigned to some, but not all, items on the interface.

Assign Actions to an Interface

NOTE: The top button on a Horizon™ keypad is assigned as the Local button. Use the Crestron
Home Setup app after the configuration is deployed on a Crestron Home processor to change
the Local button. For details, refer to Configure Horizon™ Keypads (on page 197).

1. Select an interface from the Devices window.
2. Select an item on the interface from the Device Layout window.
