b.  Delete the contents of the User folder. Do not delete the AutoUpdate folder.

                           NOTE: The AutoUpdate folder was removed from the User folder in the Crestron
                           Home 3.004.0071 release.

                         c.  Transfer the files that were extracted from the zip file to the User folder on the new
                           processor.
                   5.  Change the hostname of the new processor to match the hostname of the old processor.
                     To change the hostname, issue the hostname [hostname] command.
                   6.  Restart the new processor. To restart, issue the reboot command
                   7.  Restart the DNS server. In most cases, this is accomplished by restarting the router.
                   8.  Restart the touch screens and Ethernet devices in the system.

                   9.  If necessary, register the Crestron Home processor with an Amazon® Alexa® voice control
                     account or a Google Assistant™ voice control account. For details, refer to Voice Control
                     Settings (on page 311).
                  10.  If the old processor was connected to the myCrestron DDNS, restore the connection. For
                     details, refer to Reconfigure myCrestron DDNS (on the next page).
