Story 359
Rooked
The fisherman watched, as the fish hid in the brook, under a rock, in a
little nook. It bit the bait, and took the hook, then violently shook,
though it couldn't unhook.
Later as the fisherman was taking a look, at his cookbook, a sly rook,
swooped down and took the fill-layed brook.
The fisherman cried- "You common crook !"
And the bird replied – "You common schnook !"
Change: filleted replaced with fill-layed.
