What do you like most about whip
cracking?
I like that it is different and not many people do
it. It makes the sport unique and something that
I can teach to others that they do not already
know.
Where do you practice?
Both my sister and I practice at our house, whip
cracking friends’ houses, local parks (where
we are allowed to crack) and my grandad’s
property (which is where we hold club days).
Are you part of any whip cracking
clubs?
Both Maddison and I are both part of the
A.W.P.A (Australian Whip crackers and Plaiters
Association) and my sisters club the West Side
Whip crackers.
Who can start whip cracking?
Anyone is able to start whip cracking and there
are many people around to teach and help.
My sister and I are happy to teach anyone who
wants to learn.
