13.2 Livestock Output

Birds marketing are assigned to the sales team. At the farm side, the weight of the

birds is submitted daily through online APX system using iPad. The data will be
analyzed by the marketing department and the sales of the birds will be pre-

planned. Once desire bodyweight achieves the marketing of the birds will be
implemented. Farm manager will be received sales order via iPad. The catching of
the birds will be directed based on the order received. Upon leaving, the lorry will

be weighed and the birds will be sprinkled with cold water to reduce transportation
stress. All data and records are kept in the online system and link to the account

department. Before leaving the farm the buyer/catcher will be given hard copy
receipt.
