16.3 Health
The workers employed are in good health, experienced and have specified duties
and responsibilities assigned to them. A worker in charge of a certain section will
not be allowed into another for biosecurity reasons. They are to strictly abide by
the rules and regulations to prevent any breach of good farming practices. The
workers will also be sent to training seminar which is organized by our company to
ensure the workers are capable of working in the correct ways.
The workers’ health is also monitor with regular medical check-up and will be
brought to the clinic if the worker is unwell. The workers are also need to comply
with the farm cleanliness with their clothing, gum-boots and etc.
