    OUR NURSING WORKFORCE CONTINUES TO GROW STRONGER


    Nursing at Michigan now delivers care to more communities than ever before. In FY25, the nursing workforce expanded through
    targeted recruitment efforts aimed at attracting exceptional nurses to join the U-M Health team. These initiatives were
    complemented by a robust retention program focused on recognizing and advancing current nurses within the system, further
    strengthening our team and enhancing patient care across the region.
