QUALITIES OUR NEW HIRES CONSIDER MOST IMPORTANT

    WHEN CHOOSING A WORKPLACE

The FY25 New Hire Survey invited recent hires to rank the top 5 most important qualities when selecting a new
workplace. Among the 2025 cohort, the following themes emerged as the most significant:

    Competitive Salary/Benefits
New hires consistently identify competitive compensation and robust benefits as their top priority. This reflects the
ongoing importance of earning a living wage and having access to comprehensive health, retirement, and other
        support plans.
    Flexibility in Hours/Scheduling
Flexible scheduling has moved to the second-highest priority, clearly highlighting that work-life balance is integral
for attracting new employees. Flexible hours allow staff to better manage personal and professional responsibilities
and can be a decisive factor for candidates.
