This is an important award, because as we all know, keeping your
promises is everything when it comes to services business. We all know
that things can go wrong, and so it’s how you respond that can turn a bad
situation into customer delight.

Since we’ve become DXC Technology, this partner has had to totally

reinvent themselves, and with all of that, they have shown their commitment
to partnering, being tested by both us and the clients in a number of
accounts. This partner received the highest number of votes from our
account managers.
