                               my team over 6 months of upgrades to our infrastructure. Deni is always on our side
                               during escalations of support cases and for Proactive engagements/deliverables.
                               Erwin Luz has been good at following up on any issues even after a support case is
                               completed.

                               The technical guys are pretty thorough, no issues with them.

                               They keep us updated and informed, the proactive planning is worthwhile, we have
                               dragged the chain here a bit but have some activity underway around health checks.
