Which Bank renews contract for 8th Consecutive year?
How much?
he DXC/CBA deskside contract has been renewed for a further 12 months. This is a $6.3
Tmillion testament to the great effort and professionalism shown by the Pointnext teams.
What do we do?
HPE Pointnext teams provide break/fix and deskside support for around 45,000 CBA users. The support covers
approximately 100,000 Multi-Vendor devices and associated applications running in a Windows 8.1 environment.
There are also several hundred HPE industry standard servers backing this environment and supported under
this contract.
The CBA account generates, on average, over 1000 calls a month for CBA metropolitan, regional and remote
Campus/office and branch sites across more than 1100 locations nationally. The Pointnext teams continually
meet stringent SLA’s each month and have done so for the life of the contract. Add to this the teams’ extensive
technical knowledge of the account, and that results in DXC and CBA Management having a high level of
confidence in Pointnext as a “safe pair of hands”.
