PHL Consulate General in New York Conducts Back-to-Back
Consular Outreach in Stratford and Toms River in New Jersey
The Philippine Consulate General in New
York sent a team to provide consular services to
members of the Filipino-American community in
Stratford and Toms River in New Jersey on March
18 and March 19, respectively. The Outreach
Team was headed by Consul Arman R. Talbo.
Ninety-seven services, including 52
passport and 23 dual citizenship applications, were
successfully processed in Stratford during the one-
day event which was co-organized by the Philippine
Community of Southern New Jersey, Inc. (PCSNJ)
headed by Mr. Jonathan Magpantay.
In Toms River the following day, 66
services, including 13 passport and 9 dual
citizenship applications were filed and processed.
The event was held at the Pleasant Plains
Volunteer Fire Department Building and was co-
organized by the Filipino-American Community
Development Center (FCDC) headed by Dr. Ramon
Suatengco.
The weekend consular outreach also netted 32
new Overseas Absentee Voting registrants.
Mr. Michael Azucena, Pag-IBIG representative
based in New York, joined the consular team to
promote Pag-IBIG's programs.
Philippine Consulate General- New York Delivers Service to Pennsylvania Filipinos
The Philippine Consulate General in New
York, in cooperation with the Filipino Executive
Council of Greater Philadelphia, as well as the
Kapitbayan Filipino-American Association, Inc., the
Philippine American Association of Central PA,
LUZVIMINDA of PA and the National Federation of
Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA)
conducted a consular outreach mission to
Philadelphia and the Central Pennsylvania area
last 01-02 April 2017.
The consular outreach team was headed
by Consul Kerwin Tate. The team served the
needs of the Filipino communities in the The Philippine Consulate General in New York outreach team with the Kapitbayan Filipino-
Philadelphia area as well as central Pennsylvania American Association, Inc., the Philippine American Association of Central PA,
and the state of Delaware, who had been looking LUZVIMINDA of PA and the National Federation of Filipino American Associations

The Filipinos expressed their gratitude for the Consulate’s efforts in bringing consular services to their area, and
also voiced out their appreciation to the sponsoring organizations for spearheading the undertaking to bring consular
services to their part of the state.
