SEO is the work done behind the scenes so you and
your website show up in online searches. The key
here is showing up when your ideal prospect
searches online for you or what you offer.
According to the Global Web Index, more than 80%
of people regularly use search engines to find
products and services and 75% of people never
scroll past the first page of search engine results.
With that in mind, for your website to truly work, it
has be seen. SEO is the key to being seen.

A website that looks good can help attract visitors,
while a website with a clear brand that speaks to
your customer avatar improves the chances of
more engagement from visitors, and strong SEO
can help drive traffic to the website and increase
its visibility on search engines. At the end of the
day, all three should work together to attract and
engage your prospects.
If your website looks great but has no clear brand
or message for your customer avatar, it is of no
use and prospects will move on. If your website has
a strong brand and looks great but doesn't have
strong SEO, people may not be able to find it
through online searches, which limits your reach
and impact. On the other hand, if your website has
good SEO but doesn't look good or has poor
branding, visitors may find your website, but will
then leave the site quickly due to a poor user
experience.
Therefore, it's very important to strive for a
balance of all three. By creating a website that is
designed well, has an appealing brand, and is
optimized for search engines, you can feel
confident your website is ready to bring in new
business!
