84 PINE CREEK AVENUE
1. Sitting in beach chairs on our patio overlooking
the beach and having drinks while we watch the
sun set over the Long Island Sound.
2. Having brunch and reading the Sunday paper
on the balcony off our bedroom while we watch
the sailboat races on the Sound.
3. Being close enough to walk to the tennis courts
and golf course down the street.
4. Enjoying a soak in the Jacuzzi after a long walk
on the beach.
5. Being close enough to town to walk or bike over
to Mrs. Greens for a salad or Starbucks for a cof-
fee.
6. Living in a neighborhood with spectacular walk-
ing and running paths through the marshes.
7. Having barbeques on our beach with friends
where we play volleyball and bocce in the sand
and kayak in the Sound.
8. Snuggling in front of the cozy fireplace and
watching a movie with my family on a chilly win-
ter night.
9. Waking up to the soft sea breeze and the sound
of birds outside my open bedroom window.
10. Being five minutes from the FF train station and
Route I95, while living on a dead end street with
very little traffic in an adorable beach communi-
ty with friendly neighbors.
