see some sort of debt being paid monthly- This is

               completly false!

Lenders do not like seeing people making the

minimum payment monthly on their debt. Yes,

consistent payments ontime is good, but consistent

on time payments that pay off your debt fully each

               month is better!

               2. Don't have more than 2 credit cards!

This is a huge lie gurus will tend to tell people. I

currently have 5 credit cards I cycle thru each

month. My Capital One card gets it's limit increased

every 3 months automatically because I pay

               consistently ontime.

Other cards like Bank of America, you will have to

call and request a limit increase. Be careful, because

this request will show up on your credit score. The

higher the overall credit amount you have, the

higher your score will go up. By me simply

increasing my credit limits from $300 to $1500

each, I jumped my credit score up from 630 to 680

               in just a month.
