A Moment I Wish I Could Relive

Last summer, there were many moments that I wish I could relive over and over again.

Moments of pure joy and blissfulness set against the backdrop of carefree days spent playing
football and riding surrons while hanging out with people who I wish to spend the rest of my

                                                                           life with.

The sun hung lazily in the sky casting its golden rays upon the abnormally green fields full of

long tall grass, branding dirt roads and multiple tiny rivers all meeting in a ginormous man

made lake. We would ride our surrons to this lake and sometimes even swim. Coming back

home wet, we would play football after drying off and eat lunch together, sometimes even
                                                                             dinner.

As the day came to a close we would sit in a circle of sorts sharing stories, talking about

anything that was worth talking about some days outside others in our homes. No earlier than
12, we would all go back to the warm embrace of our comforting beds, ready to repeat this

                                                                     cycle once more.

Thinking back on those days, I long to experience again the very simple delight of those

moments. I will never forget the sound of our laughter, the immense amount of joy created by

simply kicking a ball, or the freedom of riding surrons through the embrace of nature. They are

like a treasure chest full of happiness that I long to open again and again.
