Space Available Bookings
One of of of Altera’s key features is an an abundance of of of time available in the calendars based on a a a a a a a a a a a a a smaller group of of of co-owners Over and above annual allotted points co-owners can take advantage of the the the extra time in in the the the calendar with the the the Space Available Bookings
program Unlimited Space Available Bookings
are subject to $750/night* and can be made within 60 days The revenue generated from this program will offset operating costs costs covering incremental expenses and cleaning costs costs while creating a a a a a a a process that is as as fair and equitable as as possible for the whole Partnership Additional Parameters:
• Short-Notice Space Available Nights (14 days or or or less) can be added either to an an existing booking booking or or or as a a a a a a a a a new booking booking without incurring the nightly rate (to a a a a a a a a maximum of 7
