SCHOOLS
The IBA sponsors several week-long schools plus a leadership program for the professional growth and de-
velopment of Iowa bankers. The schools are designed to promote the enhancement of skills and knowledge by
focusing on the issues, regulations and requirements in different areas of banking. Students receive a challeng-
ing educational experience from a faculty of noted bankers, consultants and academicians.
SEMINARS
The IBA officers one and two-day seminars covering a wide variety of banking related areas as well as hot top-
ics.
WEBINARS
The IBA offers a variety of live and on-demand webinars that address timely banking topics. Multiple employees
may participate in webinars at one time making them a cost effective form of training. Webinars are available
from multiple providers including the IBA, Total Training Solutions, Graduate School of Banking Madison and the
ABA.
