3047. This is the first HELICAL SINNET that was made. It is a tri-
angle f)f twelve bights.
To tie: Make a paper disk with a hole in the middle, divide the circum-
II ference into twelve equal parts and draw radial lines to the center. Num-
ber the spaces in numerical order, counterclockwise. Place the disk on
12 the table and drive in brads near the ends of the lines. Having arranged
the strands, spindles and counterweight, introduce the strands of banding
at the different spaces as shown in the two left columns of the table
2 3 below and move the strands as directed in the table.
