                                      The countdown is on for this year’s Oktoberfest! Once again, the City of Litchfield Park and
                                      The Wigwam are partnering to host a fun-filled cultural event for the community.

                                      Authentic German entrees prepared by The Wigwam’s chefs, and, of course, several German
                                      and domestic beers will be available for purchase at the festival. Come dance and sing along to
                                      your favorite live Oktoberfest music performed by the Nickelcity Express.Wear your best German
                                      outfits for chances to win prizes for both adults and kids. The event will include a children’s
                                      KinderGarten area and plenty of entertainment for the entire family!

                                      Festival admission is only $10 per person and children under 12 are admitted free. Tickets are now
                                      on sale at the Litchfield Park Recreation Center or online at eventbrite.com. Proceeds from sales
                                      of admission tickets and Oktoberfest souvenirs benefit the Litchfield Park Recreation Department.
                                        Admission prices do not include food and beverages.
