Download the City’s Mobile App
The City of Litchfield Park has released a new mobile app solution. The digital tool provides you with a better connection to the local
resources, news, and information you want and need when on the go. Use the Litchfield Park mobile app to enjoy convenient access to
special events, meeting agendas, business directory, recreation programs, and the City’s social media.
Download the app on an Apple® device:
• Search the name “CivicMobile” in the ITunes App Store. Make sure to choose “Civic Mobile” and not the “CivicMobile Preview Demo”.
• Once the Civic Mobile app is downloaded, search “Litchfield Park” or use the “Find My Location” feature to find our app.
• Once you’ve selected Litchfield Park during the first use, it will open the Litchfield Park mobile app each time the app is used.
If you have an Android device, visit the Google Play™ store and search for “Litchfield Park.”
Permanent Early Voting List
by Terri Roth, City Clerk
Maricopa County Elections Department mails a “Permanent Early Voting List” (PEVL) request to all registered voters. It is your
opportunity to be added to the PEVL. By signing and returning that card, you automatically will receive a ballot by mail for all elections.
Please review your PEVL card carefully; it contains your voter registration information. If that information is incorrect,
now is a good time to correct it. Even if you choose not to be added to the PEVL, you can update your voter registration by
calling 602-506-1511, or online at www.servicearizona.com under Voter Registration or Maricopa County Recorder’s office at
https://recorder.maricopa.gov/earlyvotingballot/permanentevlistinfo.aspx.
All voters on the PEVL receive an early ballot by mail approximately 27 days prior to any election in which they are eligible to
vote. Receiving an early ballot allows you the time to review the ballot, study the issues, research the candidates, and vote at your
convenience.
You may also make a written PEVL request. The written request must include the voter's name, residence address, mailing
address within the county they reside (if different from the residence address), date of birth, and the voter's signature. Obtain the
PEVL request form at https://recorder.maricopa.gov/earlyvotingballot/permanentevlistinfo.aspx. Mail the completed request
to Maricopa County Recorder, Attn: Early Voting, 510 S 3rd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85003.
All eligible voters in 2018 will receive a ballot in the mail regardless of their PEVL status.
