Full-time and Field Professional Team Members have 40 sick
hours available to them on January 1 of each year.

Caregiver Policy
Gray provides the following benefits through our caregiver policy:
• 2 weeks paid leave for team member.
• This policy includes maternity leave, paternity leave, parent care and childcare.
• Does not run concurrently with FMLA, if FMLA eligible.
• Must be administered with manager approval and cannot be used more than once per calendar year.
