this month’s session we were joined by Dan Douglas, a Senior
Project Manager that has been a fundamental asset to the Purina

Dan sat down with our group to discuss the process our project Fitt USA
teams go through during contract negotiations with subcontractors Wild Fork Foods
and how a project is set up before mobilization. He also showed us EGGER Wood Products LLC
how safety planning plays a part not only in the on-site construction Austal USA, LLC 13
process, but also during the design efforts of a project. He Mark Anthony Brewing
covered steps including preparing for critical lifts to safety planning Publix Super Markets Inc.
for the operations of the building, especially in our food and
beverage projects.
Be on the look out next month as we sit down with Kendall Klutz
and Jamie Patterson from the Field Operations team to discuss
what happens on a day-to-day basis on our jobsites. Our goal
with this series is that our younger team members will gain a better
understanding of the process our teams go through on a project
and how each department collaborates with one another to ensure
a successful completion for the customer.
