Anne Donovan, SPHR
President — Xenium HR
Anne Donovan has more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience, dedicated to the Stoller Group. Anne helped build the client service team that now provides outsourced HR services to many Northwest employers. Prior to becoming President in 2009, she served as the Vice President of HR for Xenium, the HR Generalist for Express Human Resources and in various roles at Express Employment Professionals—formerly Express Personnel.
Anne is the kickoff meeting keynote speaker at UP.
Frank Foti
President and CEO — Vigor Industrial
For nearly two decades, Frank Foti has led Vigor’s transformation from a single, struggling shipyard to a thriving, increasingly diversified industrial company with 2,500 employees, 12 locations and more than $650 million in annual revenue. Frank often describes his motivation in three words: “Industrial Jobs Matter.” The company has diversified to offer shipbuilding, blasting and coating, machining and advanced fabrication services at locations across Alaska, Oregon, and Washington. His vision and inclusive leadership style ensures that Vigor’s culture of honesty, respect and entrepreneurism grows alongside the company’s balance sheet.

Randy Harrington, PhD

Randy Harrington, PhD, is CEO and owner of Extreme Arts & Sciences and the co-founder and
owner of Strategic Arts and Sciences and Best Practices Media. After completing his doctorate in organizational communication from the University of Oregon in 1992, he began his consulting
career. With 23 years of experience, Dr. Harrington is now one of the premier consultants to financial institutions in the United States. He is the co-author of Evolutionaries: Transformational Leadership - The Missing Link in Your Organizational Chart, a book aimed at clarifying the critical role of leadership in high-change organizations.
