Greg Sherwood is the President and Chief Investment Officer at Quest Investment Management—a Portland-based investment advisory firm managing approximately $2 billion in assets for pension funds around the United States. Greg is an investor with a private equity partnership in Portland and Chairman of the OSU Finance Circle. He is
also the founder of Mentors360, active in youth ministries and a regular speaker at local universities in the areas of business, investment processes and ethics. Greg is an alumni of OSU, where he will present during YEBW.

Founder and CEO — NurseGrid
As the Founder and CEO of NurseGrid, Joe Novello lives at the intersection of healthcare and entrepreneurship.
With his BSN-RN, Joe has worked with hospitals for the past 17 years as a clinician, a clinical-operational leader, consultant and more. In the last 10 years, he has built, launched, grown and advised a number of startups and young organizations in both the Silicon Valley and Portland startup communities. With the support of an incredible team and nurses across the Nation, NurseGrid is bringing nursing into the 21st century—with technology that allows teams to be more efficient and effective. John Gilleland
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman — Campbell Global
John Gilleland joined Campbell Global just after its formation in 1982 and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the firm. He was among the handful of entrepreneurs involved in the formation of the Timberland Investment Management asset class for institutional investors. He has been directly involved in growing Campbell Global to over $6.5 billion in Timberland investments throughout the United States and Australia. John joins YEBW at OSU.

Kathy Prosser drives the direction and development of Woodruff-Sawyer & Co.’s Northwest Benefits Practice.
She has more than 28 years of leadership experience in client relationship management, employee benefits programs and business development, with specialties in healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and professional service industries. Prior to Woodruff-Sawyer, Kathy was the Vice President of Sales at ZOOM+ and a senior partner at Mercer—Marsh & McLennan Companies. Kathy joins YEBW at the OSU Etiquette Dinner.
