Abhijit “Jit” Banerjee, PhD
Director, Business Development — Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU)
Dr. Banerjee oversees business development at OHSU—acting as an interface between OHSU investigators and the pharmaceutical-biotech industry, foundations and government. Dr. Banerjee is also responsible for supporting OHSU’s startup companies and participating in strategic initiatives related to the commercialization of OHSU’s assets and technologies. Prior, he worked at Pfizer, Deloitte Consulting, Imperial College and Boston University. Dr. Banerjee presents at UO.
Angela Snow
Vice President of Global Design Culture and Community — Nike
Angela Snow has been recognized for her dedication, leadership and excellence in creative direction and building defining design teams around the globe for Nike, Inc. for the last 33 years. Angela oversees the Nike Blue Ribbon Studio, the source of inspiration and creative excellence in global design. She established the first Art Department at Nike and served as a Creative Director in the Apparel division as well as the Sportswear division. Ms. Snow received a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Fashion from OSU, where she will also present for YEBW.
Anthony Miller
CEO — The Knowledge Coop
Anthony Miller, sales expert and CEO of The Knowledge Coop, has devoted his career to helping small-to-medium sized companies grow. Previously, he ran $40-million oil company Petroleum Wholesale, digital marketing agency Digital Aptitude and his own sales consulting company Stepping Stone Solutions. On the side, Anthony enjoys coaching young people on how to succeed in business; in the last 15 years, he has served as a leader and volunteer for YEBW, Washington Business Week, Poland Business Week and OSU’s Entrepreneurial Education Advisory Board. Anthony is a guest speaker at UP.
Christina Castillo Wright
Founder and CEO — Bespoke Accessories Group (BAG)
Christina Castillo Wright, former marketing and public relations executive, is the founder and CEO of Bespoke Accessories Group. In 2009, she launched her namesake handbag label, Christina Castillo Handbags, with the goal of bringing American-made luxury accessories to the global marketplace—with all design and manufacturing operations based in Portland, Ore. Within the last two years, BAG has doubled in size and revenue. Christina speaks at UO, where she studied advertising at the School of Journalism and Communication.
Don Bishop
Associate Vice President, Undergraduate Enrollment — University of Notre Dame
Don Bishop serves as the university’s senior administrator responsible for oversight of undergraduate admissions, financial aid and scholarships. He has delivered hundreds of talks to top high schools and national organizations about college admissions and career success. During his 39-year career, he has led enrollment at Creighton, Cornell University and Notre Dame—where he earned two degrees: BA and MA Economics. He also graduated from Jesuit High School in Portland, Ore. Don joins YEBW at OSU and UO.
