Grandparents were invited. Games and activities were conducted for them. Kids got to see the
child in their grandparents.

October 17 Diwali Celebration(Mont-1,2,3)
‘The festival of lights’ came alive at our school when the whole school wore a festive look with
diyas and lanterns adorning the classes.

October 24 Brown day (Mont1,2,3)
Children and teachers came dressed in brown colour.Teachers exhibited things which were in

brown. Children did some colouring activities.
October 25 th Rhymes Recitation Competition(Mont-1)

Kids said the rhymes with action. A regular rhyme aids the memory for recitation and gives pre-
dictable pleasure.

October 30 Fancy dress competition (Mont-2,3)

Theme was COMMUNITY HELPERS. Kids wore costumes according to the community helper
they had selected.

November 10 Kannada Rajyotsava Celebration-Mont-1,2,3
Theme board depicting Kannada specialties was put up, kids performed a skit and sang the state
song. Kannada Rajyotsava is celebrated with much gusto across the state. On this wonderful oc-
casion of Kannada Rajyotsava, the Foundation thanks the state where it was born and expresses
its heartfelt gratitude to the Government of Karnataka for all the support it has extended.
