             ನಟ : ಕೆೈಯೊೇ ಕಾಲೆ ೇ ಮ್ುರಿದು ಹ್ೆ ೇದರೆ  ....?

                                           Secret Mantra of Happiness

                    Happiness or not feeling sad is everyone's dream or goal in life. Many people seek for
             it in different ways and it manifests for them and gives a great experience.

                     When I was thinking about it I got a question what is it really means. I searched in
             many dictionaries true meaning of happiness. But exact meaning of it nowhere I found. It
             defined as blissful experience, state of sweet emotions etc. When I feel happy I experience
             freedom and a smile will come on my face. But again another question arises in my mind. I
             experience happiness but I can’t hold it for long time. Some external entities will come and
             say something my happiness will fly away.

                     So, how to keep it with me as a permanent state of mind? I started exploring many
             books, videos to get the answer. And I explored from some spiritual books: don't depend
             upon external stimulus to be in joyful state of mind. For permanent or lifelong happiness we
             want then we should have to focus on our own inner self. We have to make many self talks to
             keep ourselves happy. And I got some secret mantras from some mystics. First I found it
             crazy  but as I practised some miracles happened and positive self inside me started bloom-
             ing  like  a  flower.  Mystic  suggests when  you wake  in  the morning  keep  smile  on  your  face.
             Wake up with positive mood tell yourself  ‘Wow I am alive today  I will enjoy my day what-
             ever happens. I feel like I am top of the world and live my day. When sometimes you are
             feeling low drained remind yourself that this life is very precious and I am going to enjoy it
             every moment. And for every one hour smile for no reason and tell yourself “Oh!  it is 11
             o'clock in the morning Wow!  What a beautiful time it is and admire yourself. If you do this
             regularly happiness forever is guaranteed forever.
