TESTING FACILITIES

Vigorous testing is done to ensure the quality and sustainability of each product. and as
per various national and international standards for compliance to basic safety norms.
State of the art facilities and a range of tests using calibrated equipment are used to
test the products and the results are tabulated and compared to acceptable limits.
Functional tests are performed where possible to determine the correct operation and
life expectancy of the product.
Complete equipment is available for in-house routine testing for entire range of HT/
LT Products.

L.V. DISTRIBUTION BOARDS/FEEDER PILLARS
Asiatic manufactures a wide range of L.V. Distribution Switch Boards / Feeder Pillars
which are designed to meet the individual requirements of the customers .

Ù 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50hz UP to 500/660 Volts
Ù Upto IP 55 Protection Class
Ù Available in DIN/BS versions
Ù Powder Coated, Floor Mounting or Flange Connected
Ù Modular Design, Removable Doors/Covers
Ù Doors have removable lift off hinges with 130° to 180° opening angle and are
fitted with EPDM/Neoprene Seals with a range of locking system
Ù Large cable entry area from bottom through removable cable gland plates
Ù Cubicle Switch Boards are supplied in different combinations of Fuse Switch
Units , BS Fuse way and Off-load Isolators as required by the customer
Ù Bus Bars used are of electrolytic copper supported on non-hygroscopic
DMC/HYLAM Supports rigidly fixed on to the frame work. The Bus Bars are
designed to withstand the desired fault level currents
Ù Metering or protection to suit customer needs can be provided on demand
Ù Emergency incomer provision can also be provided on request
Ù Door defeat interlocks-optional
Ù Available in CRCA/HR, Galvanized Mild Steel or Aluminium Sheet Enclosures
Ù The fabricated enclosures/housings undergo a process of chemical pre-treatment
as per laid down procedures before being powder coated
