DIN TYPE BUSBAR DISTRIBUTION UNITS AND LOAD CENTERS

DIN Type TP Bus Bar Distribution Units are most
compact, convenient and reliable option of
distributing electrical energy. They find many
applications in domestic as well as industrial circles
i.e. Distribution boards, load centers and feeder
pillars etc. The product is designed for 200A, 3
phase power system complying with IEC:60439-1.
Due to its compact design, the overall dimensions
of the distribution boards can be reduced to a great
extent. The unique design offers easy fitment of
MCB’s directly on the bus bar systems coupled
                                with din channels.

11-36 kV, 100A EXPULSION FUSE CUTOUTS
IN PORCELAIN & SILICONE RUBBER INSULATORS

The Expulsion Fuse Cutouts offer reliable mechanism for providing circuit protection in arial
distribution systems for voltages ranging from 11 kV to 36 kV. It is designed to be installed
outdoors for vertical cross arm or pole mounting. An all copper current path is designed to
ensure efficient current flow. All contacts are in ETP grade copper and silver plated.
The heart center of the cutout is the fuse tube holder which has clearly distinguished outer
layer of fibre glass and inner layer of bone liner which effectively extinguishes the arc.
The outer layer of the fuse tube has been given a layer of UV resistant paint to protect it
against the deteriorating effects of the UV rays.
Our range of expulsion fuse cutouts have been type tested at KEMA Holland & CPRI - India
     as per IEC 60282-2.

The expulsion fuse cutouts with Silicone base insulators are compact, light weight and robust
enough to withstand shocks due to frequent operation. Silicone rubber insulators offer distinct
advantages over its porcelain counterpart in terms of the following:
     • The insulators are light weight and as • Impact & vandal resistant. Un-breakable
much as 30% lighter than their porcelain & hence reduces the risk of transport
     counterparts. damages.
     • They have ability to achieve higher • High surface resistance limits
creepage distances in the given length. leakage currents & hence higher pollution
                                   withstand.
     • Hydrophobic & hence high pollution
resistance. • Highly resistive to Ozone & UV radiations.
     • Fire retardant • Resistant to earthquake shocks.
