Good morning. Did you sleep well last night?

A：今天有沒有那裡不舒服呢？早餐吃了沒？
Do you have any physical discomfort today? Have you had
your breakfast?
A：請問您叫什麼名字？這是您的藥，這藥是吃 ____。
What’s your name? This is your medicine for ....

A：昨天您解了幾次大便，肚子會不會脹不舒服。
How many times did you defecate? Is your stomach swollen
and do you feel unwell?
A：今天白天我是照顧您的護士，有事情的話可以找我，我是 ____。
I am your day-care nurse today. If you have any inquiries,
you can call me. I’m xxx.

A：紅燈我幫您擺在這裡，有事情的話可以按紅燈找我。
I have put the red button over here for you. If you have
any inquiries, please push the red button to call me.
A：床欄我幫您拉起來，請隨時注意安全，小心不要跌倒，如需要解小
便的話，尿壺我幫您擺在這裡，有需要倒尿的話就按紅燈找我。
Let me pull up your bed side bars. Please be careful not
to fall. If you need to urinate, please use the urine pot. I
