This delicious savoury cannabis infused stuffing
     will definitely keep your guests happy this               Instructions
     festive season!                                           1.) Preheat oven to 180C and grease a medium-

                                                               sized casserole dish.
     Ingredients                                               2.) Place bacon in a cold frying pan and set over
     •Half a day-old loaf of bread, torn or cut into bite-     medium heat. Cook, stirring regularly, until

     •225g of bacon, chopped                                   3.Add in carrots, celery, and onion. Season with

     •1/4 onion, diced                                         cranberries to the mixture.
     •1/4 cup dried cranberries                                5.) Add the butter and the stock and simmer for
     •1/4 cup cannabis infused butter                          two to three minutes.
     •I/2 cup chicken or turkey stock                          6.) Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in
     •1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped                         the sage.
     •1 tablespoon cashews, unsalted & crushed                 7.) Place the bread pieces into a large bowl.
     •Salt and pepper, to taste                                8.) Pour the mixture from the frying pan over
                                                               and gently mix them together. Ensure you don't
                                                               over-mix the bread, but that every piece of
                                                               bread is coated in the mixture.
                                                               9.) Season again with some salt and pepper.
                                                               10.) Transfer the bread mixture to the prepared
                                                               casserole dish. Place in the oven and bake for 25
                                                               to 30 minutes at 180C, until liquid has been
                                                               absorbed, and the dish is hot and bubbling
                                                               throughout.
                                                               11.) Once it's cooled, you can use it to stuff your
                                                               roast or simply bake in a casserole dish. Enjoy!
