and a delicious non-alcoholic drink made from purple
corn. He makes everything from scratch...if you go, you
may bump us out of a seat! That’s okay though! Enjoy the
flight and the excellent food when you arrive.”

interviewed Dave and Cris for their December 21, 2018
edition. Dave was also filmed for two TV shows that air in
Russia and Buenos Aires.
He says that he, “doesn’t want to be famous. [I] just want
to cook”—and create, I might add.
