Then a culinary activity on board: demonstration of the famous Vietnamese egg roll
recipe (Nem Ran).
At night, the squid fishing is Open. This is an opportunity to learn the Vietnamese
fishing techniques.
Dinner and overnight on the junk.
DAY 4
Halong - Hanoi - Overnight Train
After breakfast, the junk resumes its course. During the morning, it crosses the bay
and stops to visit a natural cave.
Brunch will be served on board before returning on the coast around 11h00 and
transfer by road to Hanoi.
Return to Hanoi in the middle of the afternoon. Time at leisure until transferring to
the railway station for the night train to Hue. (Guests are given a sleeping bag by
the tour guide).
