Step1- Once the trend presentation is
done by the designers, all the designs are
presented in a range presentation show in which the

merchandise are shown to the brand team and are
graded on the basis of various parameters.

Step2- After range presentation, a docket is prepared
for sample (proto sample) development.

Step3 - Here the sourcing team decides the factories

(vendors) from where these samples are to be
ordered.

Step4 - Designers close proto samples once received
from the vendors.

Step5- All these proto samples are displayed in trade
shows and are selected by us according to the

research and market analysis.

Step6- A grid is prepared by the product merchandiser
including the option plan with perceived MRP from the
current proto samples.
