Quest has made many exciting and effective changes in structure and policy this year.
Highlights include:
• Creation of an advisory council to ensure understanding of family educational needs.
• Expansion of the governance board from 2 to 3 members with plans for future
expansion to 5 members.
• Establishing a structure with 9 operational officers who report directly to the CEO for
daily activities. These officers oversee their specific area, manage the department, and
assist Quest families with issues under their jurisdiction.
