Abstract. Global fish production currently reaches 158 million tons, Indonesia ranks second after China,
exports increase to US $ 35.4 billion in 2012. Portable inflated cold storage house solarcell power
technology as a supporting facility for fisheries production and marketing can be built and moved to
certain residential or housing locations easily, safely, quickly and lightly (0.55mm PVC Terpaulin) then
strength, speed, effectiveness, comfort, so that Portable Inflated Cold Storage House Solarcell Power
Technology product increase National Fish production, with cheap and profitable, prospects are high for
mass production. Testing of prototypes covering (1) technical testing of strength and durability of
material to weather, (2) manufacturing speed test, transportation, assembly, installation, dismantling of
product (4) temperature, humidity and air pressure tests of product (5) technical tests, related to product
that are suitable to be frozen and marketed, to obtain the results of hygienic, cheap and profitable
