14. Pets. Dogs and other pets are not permitted in or around the Clubhouse, except under special
         circumstances and when authorized in advance by the Club Manager. Throughout the golfing
         season, no pets are permitted within the golf course boundaries.

15. Rules and Discipline. The Club Manager shall have the right to interpret, modify and apply these
         Club Rules. Violation of any of these Club Rules will be subject to the Disciplinary Rules below.

         (a) CLUB PROPERTY
              No person shall remove any property or furniture belonging to the Club from the Club premises
              or the area in which it belongs without permission of the Club.

         (b) SMOKING
              Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Cigar and pipe smoking is not permitted in the
              dining and lounge areas.

         (c) WEAPONS
              No firearms or other weapons of any kind are permitted on the Club premises at any time.

         (d) NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
              Club employees shall not discriminate against and individual because of the individual’s race,
              religion, creed, color, sex, national origin, age, physical disability, or marital status.

CLUB ACCOUNTS

1. Each Club Member shall have a Club Account. All food, beverage, merchandise and services
         charged to a Member’s Club Account will be billed monthly, and shall be deemed delinquent if not
         paid within 30 days after the date of the monthly statement. All such amounts not paid in full
         within thirty (30) days shall accrue interest at a simple interest rate of 1 ½ % per month (i.e., Annual
         Percentage Rate = 18%), accruing daily until the date such amounts actually are paid. If a
         Member’s Club Account is not paid in full within 45 calendar days of its original due date, the
         Member’s Club benefits shall be suspended and the Member shall not enjoy any Club access or
         privileges until those amounts are paid

2. The Club may take whatever action it deems necessary to collect any delinquent balance. If the
         Club retains legal counsel or commences any legal action in order to collect any Club Account or
         to enforce any other Member liability to the Club, the Member also shall be liable for all costs and
         expenses of collection, including attorney fees and expenses.

CHANGE OF MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

The Club has established policies regarding Members’ ability to change from one category of membership
to another. The Club may modify these policies from time to time.

A Member is not allowed to sell or otherwise to transfer her or his Club membership unless the Clubs prior
written approval is provided, which may be withheld in the Club’s sole discretion. Any purported sale or
other transfer of a membership other than as permitted by and accomplished according to the express
provisions of these Rules is and shall be void and of no effect.
