terms and rates. In that event, credit toward (but not to exceed) the new Initiation Fee will be given
for any Transfer Fee paid to Step Down.

10. Stepping Down from any membership to another membership is subject to certain conditions that
may change from time-to-time, in the Club’s sole discretion.

11. These Step Down policies do not apply to the following membership categories, which may be
considered by the Club in its sole discretion on a case by case basis, upon request: Non-Resident,
Pioneer, Social Resident, Social Graduate, Social Non-Resident, Corporate or Fitness.

12. All Step Down requests must be in writing and will be effective at the beginning of the next billing
month after the acceptance/execution of the conversion. No proration of dues or fees that have
already been charged within the month that the request was made.

PREMIUM GOLF MEMBERSHIP STEP DOWN

1. Member must have been a Premium Golf Member for a minimum of 3 years without interruption
before they are eligible to make the Step Down request.

2. Step Down from a Premium Membership to an Individual Golf Membership is subject to certain
conditions. No Step Downs will be permitted unless either two (2) new Individual Golf
Memberships or one (1) new Premium Membership replace the member in the Premium category.

3. Step Down from a Premium Membership to a Young Family Golf Membership is subject to certain
conditions. No Step Downs will be permitted unless either two (2) new Young Family Golf
Memberships or one (1) new Premium Membership replace the member in the Premium category.

4. Step Down from a Premium Membership to a Social Recreation Membership is subject to certain
conditions. No Step Downs will be permitted unless either two (2) new Social Recreation
Memberships or one (1) new Premium Membership replace the member in the Premium category.

5. Step Down from a Premium Membership to a Social Clubhouse Membership is subject to certain
conditions. No Step Downs will be permitted unless either two (2) new Social Clubhouse
Memberships or one (1) new Premium Membership replace the member in the Premium category.

INDIVIDUAL GOLF MEMBERSHIP STEP DOWN

1. Member must have been an Individual Golf Member for a minimum of 1 year without interruption
before they are eligible to make the Step Down request.

2. Step Down from an Individual Golf Membership to a Young Family Golf Membership is subject
to certain conditions. No Step Downs will be permitted unless either two (2) new Young Family
Golf Memberships or one (1) new Individual Membership replace the member in the Individual
category.

3. Step Down from an Individual Golf Membership to a Social Recreation Membership is subject to
certain conditions. No Step Downs will be permitted unless either two (2) new Social Recreation
Memberships or one (1) new Individual Golf Membership replace the member in the Individual
category.
